Grouping

Whenever you are grouping with guild mates, use the following procedures:

• The group leader is the one with the highest rank in the guild unless he delegates
• If many member of the group are qualified to be group leader, they agree together on who’s going to lead
• The group leader:
  • assigns a role to each member of the group
  • guides the group through the task at hand
  • choose where the mobs are to be pulled but can defer these decisions to the tank or puller
  • has to evaluate the issue of the combat and give the order to leave, or escape, when it is hopeless
  • consults the group members when in doubt
• Do not wander around stay with your group at all times while adventuring
• Never ever pull, only the assigned puller makes the pulling
